Information we collect

• Account data: name, email, password (stored only as a salted hash), account type.
• Caregiver profile data: role, state, counties, availability, years of experience, phone number.
• Credential data: licenses, certifications, expiration dates, license numbers, and documents you upload.
• Agency data: organization name, staff names and emails, shift postings.
• Usage data: log data, device and browser information, pages viewed, actions taken.

How we use information

• To operate the Service: matching caregivers and shifts, displaying verified status, and powering agency review of interested candidates.
• To verify credentials: our team reviews uploaded documents to confirm authenticity and currency.
• To communicate: service notices, verification outcomes, expiration reminders, and application updates.
• To improve and secure the Service, prevent fraud, and comply with law.

How information is shared

When a caregiver expresses interest in a shift, the posting agency sees the caregiver's name, role, location, experience, verification status, and credential summary. Uploaded documents are reviewed by NexusCare and are not shared with agencies. We share data with service providers (hosting, email) under confidentiality obligations, and as required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Health-related data

NexusCare is a workforce platform, not a healthcare provider, and does not collect patient health records. Caregiver credential data is treated as sensitive and access-restricted to verification personnel.

Retention & security

We retain account data while the account is active and as required for legal compliance. Safeguards include encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and role-restricted access. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time.

You may access, correct, or delete your information by contacting privacy@getnexuscare.com. We honor applicable state privacy rights. The Service is for users 18 and older.
