These Terms govern use of the NexusCare Service at getnexuscare.com. By creating an account you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

The Service

NexusCare provides a platform where caregivers maintain verified professional profiles and agencies post shifts and review interested candidates. NexusCare is not a staffing agency, employer of caregivers, or healthcare provider, and does not guarantee employment, placement, or fill of any shift.

Accounts

• You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and safeguarding your password.
• One person or organization per account; no impersonation.

Verification

“Verified” means NexusCare reviewed submitted documents and found them facially valid and current at the time of review. Verification is not a guarantee of identity, competence, or fitness. Agencies remain solely responsible for their own hiring decisions and any legally required screening.

Acceptable use

Prohibited: false or altered credentials, misrepresentation, harassment, scraping or bulk extraction, unlawful or misleading shift postings, and attempts to breach the Service. Violations may result in suspension or termination.

Fees

The Service is free for caregivers. Agency subscriptions are billed per the selected plan.

Disclaimers & liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXUSCARE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND LIMITS ITS AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO THE GREATER OF FEES PAID IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS OR $100. NEXUSCARE IS NOT LIABLE FOR THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF CAREGIVERS, AGENCIES, OR CLIENTS.
